Our Japanese-trained chef, Yoshi Nakamura, holds our kitchen to the highest standards: Everything is made from scratch, and no msg is used at Wasabi.
Simple ingredients – homemade miso broth seasoned with bonito fish, kelp, anchovy and daikon radishes, for example — form the basis of a menu that spans from traditional offerings to Wasabi’s very own Asian-inspired fusion dishes.
