Simple ingredients – homemade miso broth seasoned with bonito fish, kelp, anchovy and daikon radishes, for example -- form the basis of a menu that spans from traditional offerings to Wasabi’s very own Asian-inspired fusion dishes. We are happy to accommodate the special dietary considerations of our customers, even those with allergies to seafood.
